Our first crusade was held October 26 – 28, 2017 in Piedras Negras, Mexico. Piedras Negras is a border town just across from Eagle Pass, Texas. We raised $60,000 to host this crusade, bringing in professional staging, lights, sound, and worship leaders Danny Berrios, from Miami, Florida, and the amazing worship band Generacion 12 from Bogata, Colombia. It was quite an undertaking, with much opposition, but the Holy Spirit was with us as we led a team of 30 people to help us pray for the sick each afternoon before the evening sessions, and during the altar call and ministry time. God showed himself strong with the healing of blind eyes, deaf ears, the lame walking, tumors disappearing, and barren women bearing children approximately 9 months later. For many of our team, it was amazing to see God move so powerfully through their hands and their prayers. It gave us a hunger to see more healing, more salvations and to continue to plan future crusades.
